Storm Ondoy (Ketsana) hits Sta. Cruz, Laguna, Philippines

I did an inspection of what's happening after the Ondoy storm and never did I realize the sheer magnitude of the disaster Storm Ondoy did on Laguna's Capital "Sta. Cruz".
