• Why use RandomPage.com (RP) instead of Friendster, Facebook or MySpace? We are truely a friendly community, moderated by members and real people.
• Who can access our community? Guests and Members. Guests - all individuals who are not logged in. Guests are authorized to read community contents e.g. blogs, watch video, photos but cannot discuss, comment, subscribe, contribute or interact with it in any way. Members - individuals who have created FREE accounts and logged in. Members can read, discuss, subscribe to some contents. Members can upload UNLIMITED photos, videos, and blogs.
  
• How do I Change My Login Password and E-mail Address? Log in to the site and click "My Settings" from the top right hand box with the green border. You can change your e-mail address on this page.
  
• How Can I Add More Things to My Page - Like Videos, Links or a Picture? On your profile page ("My Page") you'll see a box beneath your profile questions labelled. It's in this box that you can add almost anything you like - pictures, videos, links to other sites and so on.
  
• How Do I Add Pictures to Comment Walls? You'll see a series of icons just above the text entry box. Click the picture icon and you can choose to either upload a picture from your PC or paste the URL of picture you've already uploaded.
  
• How Do I Change the Color Scheme and Layout of My Page? Go to your profile page ("My Page") and under your profile picture on the left you will see a link labelled "Theme". Click the "Theme" link and you'll be presented with a list of different color schemes and styles to choose from.

  PLEASE NOTE: Some default styles look better than others and a few aren't very user friendly (navigation links are obscured by background images). You can change tweak the colors of various elements or add your own header graphic by using the Customize.

• How Do I Turn Off E-mail Notifications? Log in to the site and click on "My Setting" which you will find located in the top right hand box with the green header. Click "E-mail" from the list on the left hand side. You can now check or uncheck the boxes according to what e-mail alerts you do and don't want to receive. If you don't want to receive ANY e-mail, check the box at the very bottom.

  Please note: This won't prevent you from receiving private messages from within your account - it just stops the e-mail alerts when something happens in your account.

• How Do I Send Private Messages to Other Members? You can only send a private message to someone in your network of friends. To add someone as a friend click on a member's profile. Underneath their photo on the left you'll see an "Add as Friend" icon. Clicking on this will send a friend request. To send a friend a private message, click on the "Send Message" link underneath their profile photo, on their profile page. You can manage all of your private messages by clicking on the envelope icon in the very top left of your screen. 
• How to send feedback? Please use our Welcome thread to post your question http://www.randompage.com/forum, or http://www.randompage.com/group/help or send us email.
• RandomPage.com (RP) with ads? We need to have ads to offer FREE and UNLIMITED upload of your personal photo for private or public sharing, upload your Video collection we support High Definition (HD), content Blogs and other features.
• Other FREE services? Unlimited number of groups.

 Privacy Settings:

•  How Do I Control Who Can See/Comment on My Pictures and Blog Entries? Log into the site and from any page click on "My Settings" in the top right hand box with the green header. Click "Privacy" from the list on the left hand side. You can now check or uncheck the boxes according to what you want to keep private or visible just to your friends. You can overide these default settings for individual pictures - so for example, if you set all pictures to by visible to "anyone" you can set an individual picture (by clicking on it in "My Photos") to be visible only to you or your friends. PLEASE NOTE: If you set a pciture(s) to be private (i.e. so only you can view them), they will still show up in the "pictures galley" but only for you. In otherwords, although you can see them in the main picture gallery other members cannot.
• Can I Check and Comments Before They Appear Next to My Pictures and Blog Entires? Yes... you can choose to review comments first. This is done from the "Privacy" link under "My Settings" - see the question above for details.
  
• Can I Block Other Members from Sending Me Messages? You can block private messages from friends with the click of a button. However, if you have reason to block their messages it may be worth simply removing them as a friend!
